Ask about a refund or cancellation

Check the event policy and contact the organiser about your booking.

  1. Check the event page and its refund policy. Eligibility depends on the event and booking; this assistant cannot decide or issue a refund.
  2. Open your ticket and choose Help with this order to include its event and reference. If you cannot find the ticket, recover your email first.
  3. Explain the issue to the organiser or Societi support. Never share card details, login codes, your QR code or a private ticket link.
