Build and review a seatmap

Build and review an organiser venue layout. Buyer seat selection is not yet available at checkout.

  1. In the event editor, open Additional options, then Seat map. Turn on Reserved Seating to reveal the venue builder.
  2. Choose Tables, Rows or Zones and add a section. Check the section name, dimensions, seat count and ticket-tier association. Use the preview and venue objects to review the room layout.
  3. Choose Done, then save the event draft or changes. Reopen Seat map to confirm the layout was saved. This editor currently saves the venue plan; it does not enable buyer seat selection at checkout.
