Understand a waitlist or payment hold

A waitlist place is not a confirmed booking.

1. Joining a waitlist does not confirm entry. Choose your requested ticket quantity when the event offers group waitlisting.
2. Read the deadline on any offer and complete the offered checkout before it expires.
3. If payment is on hold, resume the existing checkout instead of starting another booking. Check the event and your confirmation before assuming you have tickets.
